Description of 1000BPH 1 blower 1 preform heater 0-2L bottle blow molding machine
BL-1200A 1200BPH semi automatic bottle blow molding machine is suitable for producing PET plastic containers and bottles from 10-2000ml. This machine needs the thermoplastic hollow molding equipment that is matched with the injection molding machine, that is, the two-step plastic blow molding machine. The product needs to be made into a preform by an injection molding machine. After it is cooled, it is preheated by the special heater of the machine to make it feel elastic and then placed in the machine to make a hollow container. This machine is equipped with ordinary honeycomb intubation aluminum oven and far-infrared rotary heater. Can be deployed according to the actual situation of the customer. The clamping part of the main machine adopts mechanical double-boom clamping, so as to ensure that there will be no expansion under high-pressure blowing.
